Please do not use NCT account to enter the online store to link the game account with PLAYNC account. If you have linked up, you can’t change the game account through the account administration page, this option will disappear.

Step 2: Agree the user agreement in American version

Step 3: Choose the “account management” function in game

Step 4: Choose “change email”, and then press “Next”

Step 5: Reset your email account, press “Next”. Attention: You could use your original pass word. One email could be only registered once.

Step 6: Click “confirm” the link of the email address you have filled in Step 5. In seven days later you could successfully use your new account to login the game. Attention, if you click the link of “I don’t want to change account name”, your new email account will be cancelled, you can’t login the game, and you can’t use this account any more with this new email within a few hours.
