After the release date of Final Fantasy 14 PS3 Version published, the official forum is crowed with angry PS3 players. Many players criticized why Final Fantasy 14 PS version was put off half an year than the PC version. Today, SE answered this question. Hiromichi Tanaka, the main designer of Final Fantasy, said in an interview in Japan.
“yes, we are very ashamed. We can totally understand players’ rage. Our development team are very sorry about the deferment, but we tried our best to accelerate the progress. Unfortunately we met much more technical troubles than expected.It is a headache that PSN network ‘s compatibility weren’t good enough as that of PC.
