Blizzard responds to KeSPA and claims that Non-Disclosure Agreement does exist.
Responding to KeSPA claimed that Non-Disclosure Agreement does not exist, Blizzard said that NDA does exist in the reporter forum held on May 31th.
Blizzard claimed they had the non-disclosure agreement signed by the former president of KeSPA. They sign NDA in the activities inviting the reporters. Hence, it is impossible not to sign NDA in important negotiations about intelligent property.
Therefore, KeSPA claimed there is no NDA in KeSPA. If the NDA is signed by the former president, it it probably because he didn’t do the transition well before he left.
KeSPA said in the reporter forum held on May 31th, they kept the negotiation confidential out of the respect of partnership but didn’t sign NDA. Toward Blizzard’s accusation against KeSPA.’s violation of NDA, we wish Blizzard can release the relevant documents if they insisted that NDA does exist.
